Cancellation Policy  

At Newdaywears, operated by Exobyte Technologies Private Limited, we strive to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Exobyte Technologies Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We recognize that fashion preferences can change, and there may be occasions when you need to cancel an order. The following cancellation policy is intended to guide you through the process.  

Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.  

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.  

If the order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

Order modifications, including changes to items or delivery addresses, are not supported once an order has been placed. If eligible, you may cancel the order and place a new one.
