Shipping Locations 

We currently ship orders to all serviceable pin codes across India. At this time, international shipping is not available. 

Processing Time 

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date the order is confirmed. 

Once processing is complete, a confirmation email containing order details will be sent to you. 

Delivery Timeline 

Standard delivery usually takes between 3–8 business days, ensuring your fashion selections reach you within a reasonable timeframe. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery in such cases. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. 

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after confirmation and verification with the courier partner.
