Returns and Refund Policy  

At Newdaywears, operated by Exobyte Technologies Private Limited, we aim to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. In this policy, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Exobyte Technologies Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. If you need to send an order back, the conditions for returns and refunds are explained here for your reference.  

Eligibility for Returns   
 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original state.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within this period.  
  • Any item that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request   
Email your return request along with your Order ID and the reason for return to Exobytetechnologiespvtltd6@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Images   
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photographs showing the issue to help us process the request faster.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions   
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process.  

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with the stated guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return criteria. You will be informed whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If an item only partially meets the return requirements, such as minor damage or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared with us via email to help us resolve the matter efficiently.
